Dusheni Silva (aka Dusheni Miurangi) representing Sri Lanka in Miss World 2017 is 22 years old and stands tall at 170 cm. Dusheni has completed a course in Accountancy at the Chartered Institute of Management. She is currently working as an actress. She also runs a charity called 'Ray of Sunshine’, which is currently supporting those affected by suicide. She would also like to support underprivileged women who wish to set up their own business. Her hobbies include writing poetry, playing chess, badminton, painting and dancing. Dusheni also plays the keyboard. She can speak fluently in Sinhala, English, and Hindi.
