Ashita Chandrappa is a Kannada TV actress born in Madikeri, Karnataka. This Coorg born actress belongs to a prosperous family. She has completed B.E in Electronics from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore. Having perceived Fashion Designing from Vogue Institute of Fashion Technology, this actress has acted in several daily soaps of Colors Kannada and Udaya TV.
Jothey Jotheyalli is her debut Kannada serial, where she played the role of Shalini. She gained popularity from the daily soap Radha Ramana, where she played the role of Avani, aka Rani. Her negative role as Avani was well received by the audience. Her other serials include Sundari, Neeli, and Devyani.
Ashita has also made her appearance in a song for the movie Swayamwara (2010), which starred Srinagar Kitty and Sharmila Mandre in lead roles.
