Ingredients
For Chicken stock:
400gms Boneless chicken breast
2L water
1 cup Chopped Carrots
3 Celery stock/ Coriander
1 Lemon's zest
1 inch Grated Ginger
2 bay leaves
1/2 lemon juice
Crushed pepper
Salt to taste
For Mayonnaise:
4 Egg yolks
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 olive oil
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
For egg mixture:
4 chopped boiled eggs
1 small head of Iceberg lettuce
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
For Veggie mixture:
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes/fresh tomatoes
1tbs chopped olives
2 chopped whole bell peppers
1 cup Chopped Iceberg lettuce
Salt to taste
For Club sandwich:
8 toasts
