Arsha Baiju is an Indian film actress who works in Malayalam cinema.She is best known for her leading role in the 2019 malayalam film Pathinettam Padi.She made her acting debut in Pathinettam Padi.Her upcoming movie is Qurbani,starring Shane Nigam.Arsha Baiju was born in Mannar, Alappuzha as the younger daughter of Chandini and Baiju. Both the parents are teachers. She has an elder brother Arabind Baiju. Arsha started her career in television at the age of 9 as an anchor in various television programs. She is trained in Carnatic music and Indian Classical dance styles such as Bharathanatyam, Kuchippudi etc.
She graduated from Kristu Jyoti College of Management and technology Changanacherry, in B.A.English Literature. She is the former student of Sree Bhuwaneshwary Higher Secondary School Mannar and St.Marys Residential Public School Thiruvalla.
